"Customer service is disappointing. A coupon that clearly followed the requirements wasn't working and was confirmed on many forums, threads, and articles that it will work. There was a glitch with the coupon and the item on the system. It would be great if the customer service took only a minute to read the requirements to confirm the coupon but instead, they were very disrespectful and said they wouldn't allow me to check out even with the other coupons that do work. Multiple workers understood this issue and tried to explain the situation but she refused to accept it. I'm not sure how she got the position she's in but her position needs to reevaluated and maybe she even needs anger management courses. Never going to this store. Please take corrective action on the female manager corporate or more and more people will stop going here. Incident happened on 1/13/2024"

"It's a new store. They moved from 1 side of the lot 2 the other side. The old DG was 2 small. They couldn't stock up the shelves cause it was way 2many items not enough space. But there new place is Hugh. Self checkout. Nice employees when u c them. Lol lol. I'm happy 4 the female mngr here. She always tryed her hardest to keep up w the old store items. She was short staffed. She was doing 3 ppls jobs at the old store. I know she's grateful 4 the new place. She always listens 2 religious music while working. She never complains either. They have name brand items w/cheap prices. I absolutely LOVE this Dollar General in Lansdowne, Pa. on Union Ave. Off Baltimore Pike. Rite pass Lansdowne post office & The Treatment Center. Good Luck w/the new DG Store & that female mngr!!!"

"Parking lot lights always off at night and pitch black dark, I feel like getting mugged in the parking lot."

"People have problems and I know that the staff and the staff manager do but they are always ready to help me, with any or everything, from having trouble at the check out to shopping, The manager is way too nice so in the young boy he goes out his way all the time for me and the lady is very nice who help me at check out, she is nice but on first site you would think she has an attitude but nope she don't those three people is why I continue to shop there i'll go there everyday just cause they make you feel good and nope I don't think they pretending like other stores. This is them at work or at home. I wish they had name tags so I could tell you their names and let the big office know what they have working for them."
