"Called to have shower handle replaced. Spoke to receptionist and left detailed instructions. When tech came a day or two later they were completely unprepared. Rummaged around in their truck to find a repair part so no new handle…. Wanted some other work done. Called twice and spoke to receptionist about having someone come out to look at jobs to give me an estimate. Never heard another word from them."
