"Terry was very responsive to the job request and professional initially. He and his team were timely and diligent to complete work until one of the workers damaged/cracked the large 36×36 glass above the front door while trying to replace the door on July 28, 2020. JJ Handyman agreed to reimburse the expense up to $300 to replace the glass. It's been nearly a year and we haven't received reimbursement for this expense. This was an estate property and now we must start legal action to retrieve the monies. I am greatly disappointed with their mismanagement of the situation and would not recommend their services."
