"This company is in a race to see how far it can push its profit margins before it destroys its business. I read an article on an airplane some years ago about Truett Cathy, the founder of Chick-fil-A. In the interview, he talked about the time he hired a new head accountant for his company. This guy brought him a proposal showing him how much he would increase his profits if he reduced the size of the chicken breast on the chicken sandwich by 10%. Mr Cathy then looked at the man and said before he fired him, "Young Man, do you know what 10% of nothing is"? Sheetz used to have excellent fresh brewed tea, just like in the South. Now, it tastes like tea water once it's poured over ice. A manager at another Sheetz told me that a few months ago, they reduced the size of the tea bags here by 20%. Now it tastes like garbage! Hey, sheets, do you know what 20% of nothing is? Go to Chick-fil-A and get your tea. They still Brew it at the proper ratios. I hate Sheetz!"
