"I will be going to this location from now on. I have taken my child to 2 eye doctors in the last 14 days and several others over the years that we have lived here. The difference between the staff at this facility and the other places were night and day. The staff and doctor were awesome. It was a great experience. I was so used to how we were treated at the other places, I just thought that was the standard. These folks will get our business from now on."

"Dr. Victor Guevara is a rare find. He took his time with the exam and explained everything to me. It's hard to find a doctor that takes more than 10 minutes with you. The support staff was kind and professional as well. I highly recommend this location!"

"This was the best eye doctor experience I've EVER had!!! Amazing friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were already prepared to see me and had all my paperwork done and ready because I submitted my info online prior to appt. The person at the front desk was so nice I think her name is Jennifer. Then within a minute or two she was already taking me back for the first tests. After that I was almost immediately called to be seen by Dr. Guevara. He was the friendliest, and most knowledgeable eye doctor I've ever met, he explained everything thoroughly and really knew what he was doing. I also felt like he enjoyed his job and i didn't feel rushed or anything he took his time and made sure i understood everything. Then after the exam, I came up front and (I think Jennifer) had already started my paperwork and told me which glasses were covered by my insurance. I picked glasses and paid the difference of what my insurance covered, and was out the door. Best experience ever at the eye doctor I will Dec be back in the future I think I finally found a forever eye dr!"

"Seems to be a common theme in the reviews that they have a general disregard for the appointment times they schedule. I'm currently in the waiting room still 55 minutes past my allotted time.... not sure how much longer I'll sit here as of course I have other responsibilities today. Why do doctors seem to think their time is the only valuable time? The staff is kind so that's why I gave them another star. Perhaps their "no appointment needed" policy is the reason they're always behind but I wish they'd said that when I called to make one."

"I want to say the staff and Dr. in this office are great and friendly. The problem is I make an appointment and when it is time for my appointment my anxiety sky rockets because I know that the Dr. will be running late. I have had today’s appointment for a month. When I went in and sat down I waited patiently. My appt time came and went and no one said anything. Finally the front desk person called me to go and have the tests they do before you see the Dr. I asked her if the Dr. was running late, she said yes, and that there was still another patient before me. That means it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before I would see the Dr. I had another appointment so I had to reschedule once again for a month out. This has now been like this for the last 3 times I have had an appointment and once for my husband. It is very frustrating and causes my anxiety to go through the roof."
