When I called Mr. Brinkley he said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. I received a call from him 15 minutes later stating that he was waiting for me in front of my house. Fortunately, I was only 5 minutes away from home and he waited until I returned. He examined the problem and quickly discovered how to resolve the problem. Once I purchased the part he returned at the time he had promised and properly installed the part. Voila my water stopped running and now I can use my bathtub and not worry about having to shut off the main water supply to my house.
