"Barely lit at night. Not a place to store anything high value. The website phone service was incredibly excellent and efficient, but the number posted at the facility is unattended and did not return my call. A tired low budget facility, not very competitive pricing, but if it's convenient and you have to store low value contents it'd suffice."

"I had to put everything I own in storage and stay with a relative during Covid. I struggled to pay my bill. I worked really hard to catch up. "The “manager” is incredibly rude. HE made a mistake by assigning us a unit that was already in use (unit 89)by the time we realized it was the case and went to the office he was gone. There was an open unit next door (unit 88) so thats where we put our stuff. I called to advise them of where we out our stiff and they sent a new contract. The manager called me being incredibly rude telling me what I did was unacceptable… and he wasnt even suppose to be there when we checked in. All I did was put my stuff in a storage unit that I had just paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. and hopefully someone above him see this because the way he spoke to me considering he assigned me a unit that was in use and then left was unacceptable."
