"The outside looks like a dumping ground a lot of times and the rest room is discusting it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks trash over the floors and the toilets are so dirty all of the time that i'm afraid of catching something in there and the baby changing stations are filthy especially in the mens bathroom couldn't even change my child's diaper"

"Had a very disappointing experience on Christmas Eve. I ordered my breakfast burrito, and waited 15 minutes for it and watched as the staff let it sit there getting cold while making other people's orders and not even attempting to make sure I got my food while it was still hot. Finally got it, and it wasn't even cooked. It's incredibly disrespectful to hardworking customers who want to have a nice breakfast and they don't even care enough to make sure that it it is made correctly. I won't be returning here anymore for my food."

"I ordered on DoorDash I don’t care about the money that I spent on Gallikers chocolate milk but this was expired August 08 2023 I don’t care really much I will keep going to this location but wish they would just check the expiration dates on all the products that come in and everything."

"Extremely disappointed. I waited over 30 mins for fries and a grilled cheese. One girl was busting her butt, while the other two kept distracting each other and giggling. One of the two girls was directly touching food and not even wearing gloves. I patiently waited until my food was done, unwrapped it in the car, and began eating it, to realize that it was made with the wrong ingredients. Also, two out of three restrooms were unusable, please hang “out of order” signs on the stalls so customers are aware, moving forward, and don’t have to see poop smeared. Thanks."
