She said my appointment was 8:30am with Oliver. However, Julio arrived at 9am. No big deal--perhaps don't overpromise on firm appointment times and specific craftsmen. Julio completed three hours of work for us-- he adjusted a storm door, vented my existing bathroom fan to my attic gable vent, replaced a dual light switch, secured a shower bar, and hung a hook. He was unable to install a heated floor thermostat that was included in the scope of work. He worked efficiently. He communicated issues clearly and told me what missing part I needed to get from Ace. I just wish he could have helped me with that last repair. I would consider using this service again and recommending it to others for minor repairs."
