"The store is remodeling, so everything is in a different area, and they haven't put up the aisle signs yet. So finding things is temporarily a challenge."
"I have been stopping at that particular store (201 second ave, Collegeville) every now and then cause it is on my way home from Renaissance Academy in Phoenixville. I noticed that a bunch of employees always focus on me in a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MANNER until I leave. Today was excessively CRAZY. That white lady walked all the way to our check out booth, reached out to the bottom of my cart, grabbed my bag of “5 gal water bottle caps” assuming that my family was stealing a bag of potato chips…. I wasn’t even done shopping yet. I needed the change from that register to buy water refills from the machine… They really know how to make you feel “NOT WELCOME” to their location. Don’t get me wrong, I know the difference between watching for shoplifters and RACIALLY PROFILING BLACK PEOPLE/FAMILIES… I wish I could give them 0 star instead…"
"Going through some reorganization so it was difficult to shop. I hadn't been here since I lived nearby, 25 years ago. It was nice to visit again but too many items were not priced, and grab and go items were surprisingly overpriced, considering the economic area and because I live in the 3rd most expensive state in the nation and they were still more than what is for sale in my local markets. I appreciated being able to shop for regional items."
"My first time shopping here, great place. Great prices and has items that I can't find in my local supermarket chains. This is definitely my new place to shop."
"I used to put my small electronic personal mobility device safely inside the store to briefly go shopping there often. I went there today and got called out in a loud and disrespectful voice by several employees like I did something really terrible. They said I have to put it in the lobby. The location makes zero sense at all, and was not in the way of anything or at type of safety hazard at all. They just gave me a hard time for the sake of giving me grief and aggregation. Since the suggested location wasn't safe to leave something of that value, and I didn't think I would need to bring a lock, I nicely asked if they could be rational and reasonable and let me put it there for 10 minutes like I always do. After I said I'm never shopping there ever again (I've been going there since they first opened in the 1980s), they said they'll watch it for me. I don't let strangers watch my property. I'm never ever going back there again."
