Blood work other testes are her favorite to find out what is going on with you. You better tell her the truth about your sickness because she will send you in for blood work right away ."

"If I could give no stars I would. The revolving door front desk staff are very rude and passive aggressive. Unprofessional, eating at the desk in front of patients. Ever since Dr. Ramanan left it’s been complete and utter chaos. If a patient has a balance it is the office responsibility to communicate that . I was refused service today for a bill from 2022!! I have been seen since then, with co-pays collected. Furthermore if I have a balance why wasn’t I told when I scheduled?! I scheduled my appt through the front desk, not the scheduling service. This office not only dropped the ball tremendously, but would not take accountability for it at all. Even the office manager was rude. They claimed to have mailed statements. But I haven’t received anything from their office. If I were you I would not waste your time here, no compassion. I work in the medical field and would always refer this office. Will never do that again. And if you are smart and care about your health you will seek care else where also. Lackadaisical staff makes the providers look bad."

"I called to make an appt for a cough that was persistent along with mucus. The office is not taking patients with those like symptoms, so I did the appointment over the phone. Mind you it was not a zoom, just a phone call. I paid the Copay and picked up my perscriptions (50 dollars). Fast forward ten days later I have the exact symptoms but cough not as persistent but still here and mucus still coming up, so I call and they still won't see me in the office. The lady on the phone say I need to Pay another Copay. I said why its the same symptoms from the last call. She then say you also need to pay the balance from the last phone appt. I understand there's a charge when services are rendered but if the issue is still the same why do I need to Pay again. Also you can't fully diagnose me because you can't see me, you can't check me out, Check my throat, glands, breathing, etc. I am really frustrated with this office. Treat your patients better, especially if you can't fully diagnose them, other offices don't charge if your coming back for the same symptoms. Totally understand a follow up but this is not."

"It was a professional environment with kind staff. Dr. Ramanan was very nice, and listened when I made requests. PA Landes is a fantastic provider who has excellent communication skills, and willing to go the extra mile to make his patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. This is a good office for patients of varied ages and backgrounds. You feel listened to here."

"I had a wonderful experience at this office. It was incredibly easy to setup my appointment and the times are very accommodating. I have had appointments with the doctors as well as the physician assistants and they have all been great. All the staff that I have run into have been caring, professional and very considerate. Additionally, the facility is very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new doctor!"
