"I needed some subfloor replaced and new floor laid, I called Dave, he was very upfront quick to come out to do the estimate which was a reasonable price, very straightforward, very respectful, and patient, talked over his plans with us before just doing them, If he noticed something was gonna pose a problem he stopped what he was doing and came to address it before moving foward, had a couple pieces chipped in the hardwood he made sure to check with us before just laying it. The project went smooth and fairly quick, I will be most definitely be using him again in the future and recommending him to anyone that needs a handyman, I know I wasn't disappointed.."
