While we did not know it was a broker, our experience getting loaded up and getting everything ready proved to be nothing less than difficult and disappointing. It turns out the broker used a different company to load and another one to drive and unload. While the first company was not pleasing, the broker used Eli and his company “Great Rate Movers” to bring my mother’s household to NC. Eli and his man, Elias (sp) turned out to be AWESOME. They communicated well, they were prompt and did a fantastic and careful job of unloading everything. I cannot tell you how great this company was.
