"Rcvd message package out for delivery… guess what no show no notice no indication of redeliver. Now had to wait until 8 am when customer service is open. First it’s give them until 9 pm…guess what More BS…now told I MIGHT GET AN EMAIL WITH A UPDATE FOR DELIVERY OF MONDAY"

"OMG! Why are they still in business!!! I've already expressed to my shipper that if I find out in advance that anything is being shipped by Fedex Ground, I will not be ordering. My complaint is the same as so many others I've seen here. I followed the instructions of a Fedex Rep of where to go on their website and update the delivery instructions to have my box delivered to my apartment door for I feared that a lazy driver was going to leave it at ground level in an unsecure location. What did he do? JUST THAT! I will be following up with a letter to corporate, as well as Consumer Affairs, Attorney General and whoever else might be in a position to do something about this."

"A package was shipped from Best Buy and FedEx was the delivery service. The driver scanned my package as non deliverable due to the address being business closed. The address was the local post office which was open at the time the package was scanned at 10:15am. I then reached out to the establishment on record and I was informed by associate that I would have to wait until the next business day to receive my package or until 3 or 4 oclock pm when the driver returned; which was five hours after the current time. When I asked why couldn't the driver just redeliver the package since the business was not closed she stated that she would make a note for Future reference."

"FedEx drivers keep leaving my packages on the ground floor at the apartment's general mailbox section and not in front of my door. There were several times when my packages was stolen immediately after the driver dropped it off. Not only my packages, but my neighbors also. If the driver drops off the packages at my door or neighbors then our cameras could have recorded the incidents. FedEx is the worst in the Silver Spring, Beltsville area. If not aleady, corporate should investigate/audit the Beltsville distribution center."

"The most incompetent delivery service! I would give 0 stars if I can. Package was misdelivered on 7/16. I called not even an hour after to request a trace. No POD was present. 7/19 and they still have not done anything. All I hear is "give us time". Do you think my package will sit 4 days at someone's door for your driver to retrieve??? They have not been able to obtain POD and they have not made effort to retrieve the misdelivered package. Already walked the entire complex multiple times myself looking for my item (BABY STROLLER MIND YOU). For all I know the driver really liked my stroller and took home with him. Disrespectful, inefficient, incompetent and overall careless."
