"Came here on 1/28/24 to pick up an order I placed at 3:05am. When I got there at 3:30 I was told by the female cashier that my order was still being made (a simple wrap). Mind you I’m on my lunch break. So time is flying by, another 25-30 minutes go by, basically my ENTIRE lunch break is over, and they still have yet to place my bag on the pick up counter. So finally, AT 4:00AM, the moron with the beard and ponytail behind the counter asked me what my order was. And when I told him he looked behind him and realized that my food was sitting there all along because he and the other bleached blonde hair moron forgot to put the bag of food on the pick up counter. So the ENTIRE time i waited, my food was already there. It’s no wonder all 3 of those clueless people work there. I got my refund, because of course my food was damn near frozen when I got it. These people are completely Irresponsible, careless and clueless. The craziest part is that they didn’t even apologize. Horrible."

"Unfortunately tonight, had a upsetting experience. Me and a group of friends were in after a night of work and bought food to sit down and eat. While we were eating, we were sitting there, talking with each other and just joking around. We had kept a reasonable volume the hour or so we were there. One joke got a little loud, my friend messing around with me for being gay and not knowing a particular artist. An employee in a purple shirt immediately comes around the corner into the dining area and says "If we have to come around here again, we will have to ask you to leave," quite rude and aggressive. Up until that particular joke, our group had been respectful and had not been asked to keep it down up until that point. There was no one in the store at the time either, so we weren't disturbing any other customers. Very disappointed in the handling of this situation and disrespect towards us."

"I routinely visit this location on my way home from work, and whenever I'm going to the Dickson City or Scranton area. The MTO (made-to-order) food is super fast and always made correctly. The employees are always friendly at this location and they get to know you, even though it's often busy! It's also very clean! The only thing that I don't like is that when they remodeled this location, they removed several gas pumps, so during rush hour it's more challenging to find a free pump and get out fast. But the location is convenient, and everything else is great!"

"I love Sheetz. The food the vibe the people. But y'all GOTTA increase staff or something. Food is consistently taking much longer than 10 minutes, in over half an hour. It defeats the purpose."
