"The FedEx pick ip service here is horrible. I had a package arrived for pick up at September 28th, and was supposed to be held for 7 days. Instead, they decided to send it back to FedEx. I confronted manager with long curly hair and glasses about it, and she actually gets angry at me and denies everything. "I cant give you a package wr dont have". She is absolute b I t c h.
