"OK so I'm sure there were a few bad experiences. I'm very sorry to hear that just as I'm sure Nick is/was. Nick has a very big heart and always gives his new employees a chance, a redeeming if you will. I'm sure everyone who commented on negative service was compensated whole heartedly. Nick is an amazing person. I've used his services multiple times, we are both veterans and I never could make up for the compassion he showed me. Nick has done great things for my family and the community, it's all public. First of all, thank you Nick from me and my cubs! As for the opposed, I know he made it right, unless you're attempt is just to undermine a successful business man and "outreach" for veterans and community. I should hope not."

"They sent two senior men to move my merchandise. it took 6 hours to move two beds and two night stands and a sofa . All my furniture was not put together an employee complained about not knowing to set up dinette set so that was left. I called the manager totally disregard. it cost $817.00 , I have never had such horrible service . I recommend you do not use them."

"NEVER have I done business with such a horrible company. Our move with them led to anger, stress and many broken items. The owner over schedules, doesn’t communicate with his staff (which creates mass confusion), and he makes promises he can’t keep. Stay away if you want to stay sane through your move. (I see other reviews that are similar to my experience. Not enough guys showing up; promised two trucks and only one showed up; promised second truck within two hours...that truck showed up late at night (after calls, texts, messages to Nick’s FB page...when my realtor threatened to call the cops for theft of contents of my house, he miraculously showed up). Employees complained about what was in my house to be moved; broken antiques from the way they put them in the truck; carelessness: dropped my china cabinet resulting in a huge gouge and a hurt mover; someone dropped the basketball hoop ON OUR CAR and didn’t tell us (that was a great surprise the next day); broken-to-smithereens kamado grill; clearly labeled boxes put anywhere they wanted; owner made guys work double shift - the poor guys were exhausted and hurting themselves. Let me save you from what will likely be the most stressful event you’ve ever lived through...STAY FAR, FAR away from this con-artist and his sketchy business. I don’t know how this guy sleeps at night."

"There’s a great deal to write about this company, but the bottom line is that at the end of the move I was pressured into writing a review. Once I had a chance to look around I found the damage to the walls, the fact that well marked boxes were put in totally random places throughout the house on three different levels, and I wound up cleaning out the refrigerator after they knocked over a drink that coated the entire interior. However, on the upside, one of the employees from the company did show up at Court for the criminal hearing regarding the fact that one of their employees is charged with having stolen items from the house, used a credit card he stole, and was caught on film using the credit card. All told, not a company I would recommend anyone trusting with their move."

"Warning...Warning....Warning! Do not depend on this moving company. I would give them a negative 5 stars, if I could! I spoke with the owner, Nicholas, on Wednesday at 4:00 and he agreed to do a last minute move on Friday, 8/30. Sent the contract over that stated there would be 4 men and a truck, and they would arrive at the property between 1 - 2. They showed up 3 hours late with only 2 men. The 2 men came in to the house and looked at what needed to be moved. They said they needed another man to help with the job. They left to go 'pick up' the other man, and never came back. The sellers were totally HOSED by this company! To top it off, I called and texted the owner, Nicholas, several times, and he never took my call or returned my message. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable, and very...very unreliable! Do not use this company! I am a licensed realtor in Maryland, and will be sure to get the word out! The real name of the company should be: We Help-U-Move If we Want Too!! Awful experience!"
