"This is our second time hiring movers from this company. They arrived on time, moved heavy items efficiently and quickly, and didn't need a break from carrying heavy items (ex: bed). They are family/kid friendly, had a lot of patience for the kids and their toys on the floor and they were willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We hired them for the 2 hour minimum, but they were so amazing that it only took them one hour to get the job done. Then we tipped them for helping us with a job that we could never to do ourselves."

"DON'T trust this movers (David). They accepted for moving stuff few weeks ago of actual date and all contracts signed. At the last minute did not show up and NO responses to tons of text messages, emails. Does not have a courtesy to call back or respond. Finally ended up paying hefty due to other same day moving helper and caused nightmare to us. We lost energy, effort and money. Does not deserve any star, wish to have no star selection to post review and certainly don't recommend."

"I'm very disappointed to come back to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We had an ongoing relationship with this company and felt that we could rely on them. Then we had a job and not only did they NOT show up, they stopped responding to all calls, texts and emails. I have not heard from them since and it's been about 2 months. I understand things come up, crews don't show up, etc., but to be left completely high and dry… wow. If they will treat a customer this way who gives them consistent business, I would not trust them to show up for you either."

"Horrendous service experience! No call-no show the day of the service. Repeatedly lied to by an agent named David once I finally reached the company. My calls were dodged once the service failure occurred. Luckily David was fooled when I called from a different phone # and he answered. When 1 of the reserved 2 workers finally arrived over a day late, his service was ok until a hole was put in my wall while I had to help him move my couch down a flight of steps. Naturally, I had to repair the hole myself with no compensation from this unethical company. I used Angie's List to find this company and I couldn't have been more disappointed by the ridiculously poor level of service and lack of professionalism. BUYER BEWARE!!!"
