"Convenient location and drop off. Wasn't sure where to go while I was in the store and the cashier wasn't able to provide me with a printed receipt however someone else in the store was able to handwrite me the details I needed of the transaction"
"I dropped off 2 packages at this UPS point to be returned. I was assured I could leave them there since both were already packed and ready to be shipped, so I didn’t wait to get a receipt. Over two weeks have passed and I’ve gotten no confirmation that the packages were ever sent. The only conclusion I can draw is they either lost my packages or kept them for themselves. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and do not recommend anyone use this UPS checkpoint."
"The UPS Access Point is located in the Michael's in White Marsh. I called and they did not answer the phone. Once, I arrived I was told that my items had to be packed, which isn't how it is at the other UPS drop offs that I use. Perhaps UPS could make a note on the drop off points that have that requirement."
