She made sure to call the regional office to ensure we received our $50 for the other U-Haul location not having our truck available. Nothing but professionals at this office! "The day before our move and they tell us that they don’t have the 20’ truck or the tow dolly that we reserved month ago. They told us we need to drive 1 1/2 to Delaware to pick up then changed it to Annapolis. Guaranteed reservations huh? Thank you for making an already stressful move even worse!"

"I have two experiences with this U-Haul location. I'd like to give 2.5 because one was good and one was awful. The good...rented a box truck for a move. Process was easy. Truck was clean and we had no issues. The bad...called in the evening to inquire about a parking spot rental for my trailers. Was told they had 2 16'x50' spots. Sounded great, and I went in the morning to check them out. In the AM, they were either down to one spot or thats all they ever had. Either way, the staff walked me out and showed me the spot. It looked good. When I inquired as to how big the spot was (it's dimensions are unmarked, and its partially on gravel, and grass), she pointed to two different points to mark the boundary. I paced it off and the result was a 16' x 30' spot. Not big enough for two trailers I said, and then mentioned that the staff yesterday said its 50' long. Then she said you can only park one trailer or RV or whatever in each spot. The irony was that we were having this conversation next to a spot that housed a 30+ for RV and parked in the same spot was a car. I said are you sure, motioning the RV/car and she said Yes. I guess she'll be busy trying to get the others to comply. End of the day, I'm staying in my current rental. A little further from home, but at least the right hand knows what the left hand is doing."

"Good assortment of trucks and trailers. They have all the packing and wrapping supplies that you will need. You can rent a dolly and blankets to assist with move. Staff is very friendly and very professional. If you need to move your home or something else, this is your one stop shop. Highly recommend this U-Haul business."

"Overall this is the cleanest and best designed "Storage", facility that I have ever dealt with in over 40 years. The staff is great and always willing to help. But why do I give it the "5 Star", rating? This is the only place I have ever used with a level of security which rivals some of the "US Governments", "(Sensitive information), Installations", and "SKIFF" rooms I have visited. Except without the, "Man Traps" AND "It's much cleaner"! Nice large carts of, "2", different types line the sides of the entrance hall for your use. And with a "Huge", ten foot wide security door that you open manually, But then after you pass through with a load the magnetic locks disengage and it closes behind you auto automatically! AND there is also a large bathroom always open for your use that is always as clean as the rest of the building! This U-Haul Storage facility, gives you the, "Sense and piece of mind", That they care and that your property is "Important"."
