"Didn’t get my packages. They steal. This company should closed. They didn’t do there work"

"This company needs to put out of business. I have been waiting on a package since the first week of December. They claim my address is invalid but I just received other packages from the same vendor who used a different delivery service. Then the update on the tracking was no access which can’t be since there a front desk person that signs off on deliveries. I can’t get in contact on the phone with anyone the number does not work. Through email the person gives very generic responses. I even offered to go pick up my package and that is not an option. This company is joke. They deserve NO STARS"

"Terrible courier company. I don't know why the place I ordered from uses this place. They keep labeling undeliverable, invalid address. I sent them a picture of the development and gave them street names. Two days later, they label as undeliverable, no safe place. Returning to facility. I have my own driveway and garage. How is that not a safe place? They didn't even come around here. I have a camera. I am so pissed. I want my items. All of the other delivery couriers deliver here with no problems, what is their problem?"

"Trashhhh the worst delivery service ever how is apart of my order delivered through a different carrier and they get the other part and say invalid address but it is my office then sends me an email with a picture of my office location and say it’s undeliverable. And no one has responded back to me regarding where my packages are. This is piss poor service I will never order with SHEIN again if they’re going to continue to use this horrible delivery company. I’ve never even heard of them why couldn’t my order go with ups that delivered part of the order this makes absolutely no sense. Then I ask where is the warehouse I will come pick it up myself I’ve received no response. What kind of business is this. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!!"
