"On numerous times I have either seen produce rotting in the store, or have it rot quickly after purchase. Also, a pack of bacon was light pink/grey and the package was limp. Too risky for me to spend money on."
"Sometimes the produce is not so fresh and the area had a rotten fruit smell as well as fruit flies around it. Not a big selection as in the past and the process have gone up to regular store prices"
"Three stars because I am just putting the groceries away and havent tried anything yet. The store is clean, well lit, nicely organized and easy to see all products. The checkout person welcomed me warmly when she saw I was on my first trip into Aldi's, quite nice. Shopping will be a learning experience as I purchased quite a few fresh vegetables and specialty products. This had the price higher than I expected but again the items were my choice. The shopping cart needs a $.25 and I could not figure out how to get my quarter back. I did some YouTube research before going and how I knew that. You do not bag while the items are being rung up. You walk away and put the items in the bags yourself that you provide."
