"I had a suit emergency today. After explaining to Nigiel I have never worn a suit before and need two to be worn for the next four days, he got right to work to helping me out. He was able to work with me and my weird sizing requirements, which allowed me to walk out with exactly what I needed for my new job tomorrow. Thank you Nigiel, phenomenal!"

"I bought 6 shirts from here last week. This week on 12/12/23 at 6:55pm I walked inside the Woodbridge location to buy some dress pants. I came straight from work in my office clothes. There are about 2 females and 3 males working. They are all groupied up together having fun vain useless conversations near the mirrors. Not ONE of them offered to help me with anything whatsoever. ALL of them just glanced over at me like I wasn’t a customer. They saw me looking with intent at the dress pants, I even picked up a shirt to try on. They all made eye contact with me but still ignored me and continued their stupid conversations having a good ole time. Here I was ready to drop at least $120 on 2 or more dress pants. I will take my business elsewhere. The last time I was here the older caucasian gentleman with glasses and the younger african american gentleman with dreds were very helpful to me. I don’t know if they were working tonight I did not see them. The clowns working right now (as I am leaving this review) really suck at customer service. The Mens Warehouse should get back to hiring professionals because their base customers are working professionals that are paying a premium price for decent customer service along with quality clothing. I suppose it’s time to stick with online shopping since I basically know my measurements."

"We thought we could trust them as they helped us figure out a good suit for my fiance. However, the day of the wedding we had to attend, the button up white shirt RIPPED as my fiance took the tag off. We thought we could go in to do some sort of an exchange, we were denied because "we" ripped it. No. The quality of your $60 white button up shirt was NOT good quality that the tag coming off was enough to rip it. Thankfully my brother in law had a shirt he could lend my fiance and we were good for the wedding. This shirt never got worn and we were denied a refund or an exchange."

"Not a good experience. Made an appointment on Wednesday for today (Saturday at 11am) went in there were only 2 employees working. No one greeted us. A couple walked in behind us and they greeted them. We waiting for 30 mins no one acknowledged us. Whats the point of making an appointment if they take the walk ins over the appointments? Waste of time. They need more staff on weekends especially if it going to be that busy."

"Wish I had got the names of the staff who helped me but I came for a new suit / tailoring for the first time. Just great / kind staff who took their time with me. Very pleasant store and would shop with them again!"
