"HORRIBLE DENTAL INSURANCE!! Avoid at all costs. They left us with $8000 worth of dental bills when they wouldn't accept my dentist's x-rays for a procedure that absolutely needed to be done. Very poor communication. Horrible telephone experiences. Multiple written letters and emails with no resolution. 0/5 stars! 0/10 service and UNACCEPTABLE CARE FOR THE FAMILY OF A VETERAN!"
"GEHA is fired as our insurer. Recently, GEHA denied to pay its share of a dental crown for my wife on a tooth with multiple fractures, decay and amalgam. The company was also dishonest in denying our appeal."

"I've had GEHA since Jan 2021 and have had so many issues. I'm still waiting for a predetermination that was sent to them three months ago. They've asked my dental provider to send the same x-rays three times and submit my claim twice because they keep saying they have no record of things. Every time I speak with someone in customer service, I get a different story as to why things are taking so long. It doesn't seem like they have a good communication or record system."
