"tell me why the owner is a racist and needs peta to be contact via telephone, email, letters, carrier pigeon to shut this place down ASAP, no rocky. These poor animals. The lady is stupid too, so that’s a shame on her end. Everyone is so nice so idk what’s wrong with her. Nursing home papers need to be signed and sealed."
"Had the pleasure of attending an Intro to Barn Hunt Workshop today and me and my Basset Hound, Rosco, had the absolute best time. We recently got into scent work training which he has been excelling at and a trainer at the school we go to passed on the information for todays Barn Hunt to give a try. Let’s just say we loved it. Leila and her son Sylvain are an absolute treat to be educated by. They’re fun, engaging and really make everyone feel as equals no matter what level your dog may be at. I have been doing obedience training with my dogs for about 3 years now and I really appreciated how they broke up the information for a 2.5 hour seminar in a way that covered so much without overwhelming the participants. Plus Leila’s personality and humor will have you laughing throughout the entire session. We walked in today with zero expectations but left feeling excited to come back as we will definitely be doing private lessons with them to hone in on his ability to compete in this sport."
"Although my boy didn't qualify for his very first barn hunt - pretty sure he had fun. Definitely need to practice more. Would like to try my Beagle/JRT mix in a trial. Want my younger Dobe to try the adventure sport that is offered too. Thank you guys for doing this on a Wednesday - my day off!"
"WOW! My wife and I were shocked. Pulling into the property we saw Christmas decorations still out...in the middle of February. Not a good sign to start when attention to detail and caring for things should be a priority. Pull into the property and spoke with an individual who started to praise the place, but couldn't direct us to where the office was. Finally found the office and greeted by a nice young lady trying to help set us up. This was the only nice thing we have to say. We met the owner who had ZERO customers service skills. She was abrasive right off the bat. Red Flag. She took us outside and told us to put our dog in a pen, without explaining why. She asked if our dog gets along with others. We said no and that he's very anxious, nervous and likes dogs his own size. She nearly scolded us that it's not the size but the temperament that matters. We know that, but I think we know our dog the best. All the dogs were outside in snow and mud. Looking at the website we saw they did that, but between the outside, fences and pavement it seemed like a cold sad place. My wife and I felt uncomfortable being there and couldn't imagine how our dog would and did feel. The owner then told us that they crate the dogs to sleep for which I politely said that we can't crate him. The owner was rude saying in saying that's what they do. My wife mentioned that our dog had been injured (lower jaw caught in the crate door) and was petrified of crates. The owner said something we didn't catch and had walked away from us going inside without a goodbye. This place might be for some people's dogs, but not ours. Probably wouldn't have left a review at all if the owner wasn't so abrasive and rude. People are entrusting their loved ones with you. Act like you somewhat care and are nice."
"Great place to bring you dog. Our dog pinkie loves it their. She’s treat well, they take great care of her and they understand her needs. I drive an hour to drop her off and it’s worth the time. Best place to leave your family member. They have one acre runs for your dog to play,so they get plenary of exercise."
