"I wanted to give Springfield 5 stars based on turn around time and getting me squared away with my Tux and “employee” customer service - Very impressed. Here we go- The Manager - she really needs corrective training on the proper way to speak to customers and on how to champion her employees instead of second guessing them in-front of the customer; as the employee had the situation completely under control. Let’s be clear-I do not have any issue with person that is straight forward and gets after it without the small talk - don’t even care about a smile or hello… This lady talks to people like she is chastising a child for stealing candy…she is out of control. Apparently I have an ego problem cause I don’t allow people to speak to me in that manner.. per the Manager. On the positive : She is very knowledgeable, willing to assist & a very pretty lady (respectfully). Lastly, not sure what’s going on with Men’s Warehouse collectively ..I’ll leave it at that."

"Went here for a suit for my wedding. Staff was very friendly and eagerly helped me with my request. I am picky when it comes to what I like in a suit. They helped my find the right kind of suit for me and it looked amazing. They also offered tailoring which made the suit made look even better. I know some people will say its the gentleman, not the suit. But oh boy I felt like a million bucks wearing it. Thank you again will definitely come by again!"

"Very helpful and highly knowledgeable staff! I arrived at the store having a general idea knowing what I wanted to shop for, but then the staff were able to help me close-in the rest of the way and discover EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a GREAT experience shopping here!"

"The woman working the register this evening was quite rude. A button fell off my vest right before an event so I wasn’t able wear it and when I returned it I asked for a refund for that piece of the rental. She first told me I couldn’t have a refund because the event was already over, and then when I politely restated I couldn’t wear it d/t the missing button she dismissively told me it was only $2.50. Their suit rentals are too expensive to be treated like a nuisance."

"Terrible customer service. We were ignored for the first fifteen minutes of our visit, then treated like we were a massive inconvenience. Everyone’s attitude was so dreary it felt like we were interrupting a funeral. My husband had to tell the person assisting us his size and color preference three times, and they still kept suggesting colors that would be inappropriate for the occasion. The manager’s attitude was the worst- I get it, no one grows up wanting to be a manager of a men’s warehouse, but seriously, a smile goes a long way. Act like you want customers to be there and they’ll invest in your product."
