"Even though this was a recertification course, I felt like I learned so much. Rashauna went above and beyond just teaching me the assigned materials, she also gave me pointers for my Carpal Tunnel and wrist pain while doing compressions and suggestions for when I got out of breath. I have a softer voice, but she directed me on counting out louder and communicating with the people around me better. She was very hands on and even jumped in to practice 2 rescuer situations with me. Although I’ve had my BLS certification for several years, leaving her course was the most confident I’ve felt.
