"Love the product but customer service at this location less than professional. Actually, it's only a couple rude staff members who make it awful experience for me. I did speak to manager in past but considering still same treatment, it must be acceptable to the Queenstown location. I believe in being professional by treating customers with respect & dignity especially in sales. We all know 1 customer will not matter to an industry's success but it should matter to business reputation. I wish there was closer location to visit."

"Went to this store while on vacation. Product variety was good. Great sales. Associates weren’t very helpful. Asked an associate if they had a specific scent, then she went on to tell me which items were discounted ( which I didn’t even ask). Then as I was checking out cashiers were more interested in having conversations with each other than completing the sale. While walking out associates were in pairs just talking to each other. Glad I don’t have to shop here on a regular basis."

"The only store in the outlets I go to. I love the deals and sales. The girls working are friendly. I stop by when I run out of body spray or lotion and spend a few minutes checking out new products before I choose."
