"We had a truckload delivery due to our dock between 7 am and 3 pm 12/6/17. Dispatch called to say they may be here as late as 3:30 pm. At 3:35 pm they called to say they needed another 10 minutes. They showed at 4:35 pm. There is no one here after 3:30pm, but the owner stayed because he didn't want the driver to have to stay overnight. Late, lying, and discourteous."

"Hello, my name is Shayna. I was driving last night on the highway towards Progress exit and right before then you have to get into the right lane to then go around the bridge. Well while I was doing that one of your trucks at the last minute decided to try and cut me off while I was in that lane. I honked my horn numerous times and then had to switch over to another lane quickly so I didn't get hit. I have all the information of this truck and I plan on calling it in today. I was terrified last night. I don't care how big those trucks are they need to pay attention!"
