The gym was clean, well-maintained, reasonably-priced, and the staff were incredibly friendly--all 5 of my other housemates went as well and they would attest to this. You really could not ask for more from a family-owned & operated neighborhood gym, and if you are in Shadyside I would highly, highly recommend. They were also doing some pretty serious renovations/updates over the last year that I was there."

Large assortment of machines, plenty of mirrors, several free weight areas, clean facility, a large turfed area where you can take all the space you need, plenty of natural lighting, safe location of the city, and the staff and members are really awesome people. I cannot recommend it enough! Also, it is family owned and operated, so I've loved supporting the local business over some of the large franchises."
