"Hours are trash after covid. Never can find the thing I want as I doubt they stock this place regularly. Probably the push for cheaping out on workers and the giant push for express checkout the bx is now doing. Do not recommend wasting your time here."
"I bought a pair of boots on a Wednesday afternoon. I wore them in my office Thursday and Friday, and then tried to return them Saturday morning because one of the boots was incorrectly made and was causing me bad foot pain after walking about 100 feet. When I tried to return the defective pair of $200 boots just 2 days after purchasing, I was told that my return could not be done because, and I quote: "the boots had been worn." So now I have a useless $200 pair of defective boots I can't wear and can't afford to replace solely because I had the audacity to wear them long enough to determine the problem was a manufacturing defect. Do not shop here if you can afford the time to go anywhere else."

"There was a period where I was in desperate need of an army service uniform but the store didn't have it. And while it was deeply frustrating the employees were very helpful and more than willing to do their best to help me even if it meant staying past close. It's always frustrating when you need something that's not in stock but the great employees made the experience far more bearable!"
