"What a sh**show of a company. They were great for the sales pitch and getting us to leave our current broker, but customer service is AWFUL!!! They never communicate between each other so our needs are never met. Frequently they push expensive extras onto you and use scare tactics to get you to cough up more money. Their staff seems very unprofessional and completely uncoordinated. My biggest regret in my career has been switching our insurance broker to Meltzer. I'll take our difficult-to-reach-on-the-phone broker back ANY DAY."
