"Got fitted over 5 months ago. Finally went in last Friday to pick it up and was told my rental would be ready on the following Wednesday. The employee said he had my name and that it just wasn’t here yet. Made me a little nervous being a week out from the wedding but thought it would be ok. The groom went to pick up a few tux’s today for other groomsmen and was told that mine specifically was never actually put into the system. Josabank then tried to force me to buy a tux as the only option. They literally lied to my face that Friday instead of confirming in the system. I would have been possibly able to fix the issue then but the employee lied and told me a pick up date. How a tux place is this out of the norm for an industry that requires attention to detail is concerning. A little back story of my entire journey with Josabank. They refused to fit me for almost a month due to them not having someone available to fit. Tried scheduling and every single date was, sorry they’re out of town on that day. I tried over 10 different dates over the course of calling them 3 different times. I was also told sorry we can’t fit you tn when they closed 2 hrs later. They would also not give me a date of availability for them. I just don’t think they wanted to actually do any fittings. I decided to go to Men’s Warehouse because they apart of the same entity now and offer the ability to do the fittings there for tux rentals thru Josa. The guy at Men’s Warehouse was great and got me fitted. He told me that he would put the info into the system and that I would pay and pick up everything one week prior to my event from Josa. Josa has an entry for me but never processed it. This obviously did not happen and now have a huge situation on my hands. Also josa does not understand their own process and would avoid this location at all costs especially if it involves your special day."

"This was the most disrespectful interaction I have ever had with a sales rep. My fiance asked to try on a pair of shoes and was immediately dismissed. He tried asking again and was told they did not have time to find him any shoes sizes. No apology, no “we’ll be with you in one moment.” Terrible."

"After stopping at two other places. And one of them being pretty rude and off standing. Stopped in here to choose a suit i needed for a wedding. The staff immediately made it feel welcoming. Both welcomed us in and asked how we were doing. “Art” our sales rep, helped us choose a suit that fit great on the first try. Let us know the options we had. Explained the policies quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend. Was comfortable from start to finish."

"Really bad customer service. Condescending and unhelpful. Tried getting quotes for a wedding but they couldn’t help us on two different occasions. Older gentleman with the dredlocks on half of his head was the worst part. Might have to just try online because obviously this store doesn’t know how to accommodate a large wedding party."

"Pretty disappointing experience with a tux rental for a black tie event. The jacket was so small that the button popped off, the vest was embarrassingly short, I had to make them give me a new shirt because the first one didn’t come anywhere near all the way down my arms, they gave me the wrong kind of tie, the hem on my pants was coming out all night, and the hem on my jacket was a mess with threads everywhere. Overall just about every piece of what I expected to get had some issue with it. I felt very dismissed when bringing up any of these points when I picked up the tux to try it on. I will not be coming back here in the future and would not recommend it to anyone else."
