"So let me just say this. Heather is absolutely amazing! Every time we go in to the store, she has the biggest smile on her face as if it's the first time she has ever seen us (And she is like that with everybody!). I don't remember ever being excited to be called a 'grasshopper' before, but that's her M.O. and its perfect. The rest of her team is just as friendly and helpful. Now I'm not a professional reviewer or yelper... but I have shopped at alot of places. This Earthbound Trading is the best of the best. The reason is simple: Heather. If anyone at the corporate level reads these reviews, give her a promotion and a raise. She deserves every penny of it. Heather is the epitome of guest first customer service. You guys could write a complete new hire training guide in one page and all it would need to say is: Be like Heather."

"Loved this store until I encountered the manager Jessica. Rude, unpleasant and not customer oriented whatsoever. This store is very eccentric. Love the variety of items they carry in relation to healing and wellness. When my mother and I visited today we were greeeted by Katie. Katie was superbly nice and gave excellent guest service. She informed us that all clearance was an additional percentage off which prompted us to want to do a little more shopping for such a great deal. We selected servers items and headed to check out. The cashier was very pleasant and positive which is always a plus. She's helped us before on a previous visits so we were very happy to encounter her again. She began to ring out our items and one was missing a price tag. She then researched the price and informed us of what that was. At that point we asked if that was plus the additional percentage as previously informed and the manager then interjects that it's only clothing. That is not what the original women told us. We informed her that we were told otherwise and instead the manager ( Jessica ) went to the employee whom originally assisted us a rudely told her that she was wrong and that's not the sale. Never once offered any sort of courtesy due to us being told otherwise. She was very unpleasant and could have saved that corrective conversation until after we had exited the store. As much as I love this store thIs is typical behavior for stores with holistic and healing merchandise. I really thought we had finally found somewhere nice that loved all people with all sorts of energy but that clearly isn't the case."

"One of my favorite places to shop! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store has a nice soothing atmosphere. Of the Earthbound stores I've visited, this one definitely has the best vibes, and they get new products in regularly so there's always something new to see inside. This is my favorite source for buying stones and crystals and for safe CBD products at reasonable prices, and I've been doing a lot of Christmas shopping here!"
