Johns Hopkins Health Plans, located at 7231 Parkway Drive in Hanover, Maryland, is a unique health insurance agency that offers innovative managed care programs in Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE Prime, and employee group health plans. As part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, we are committed to providing access to the best healthcare and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our members.

Our programs, including Priority Partners Managed Care Organization, Johns Hopkins Employer Health Programs (EHP), Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan (USFHP), and Johns Hopkins Advantage MD, are designed to empower our members to live their healthiest lives through collaboration and coordination. We stand with and for our members, going beyond just covering costs to provide comprehensive care.

Formerly known as Johns Hopkins HealthCare, our new name better reflects our mission to provide innovative managed care programs, services, and solutions backed by the academic and clinical excellence of Johns Hopkins Medicine. In addition to our health plans, we also offer a commercial division, Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions, which manages a diverse portfolio of corporate collaborations offering evidence-based clinical and administrative programs, products, and protocols.
