"We've been sending our pups here nearly daily for over 3 years. Every morning when told "time to go to school", our pup jumps out of bed and races to the door - he can't wait to go play with his friends! The staff is so nice and caring... Recently I had a back injury that made it extremely painful to get in/out of my car; when the staff sees me arrive they will meet me at my car to pick up my pup!! We're so grateful for Dawg Day to give our pup a nice routine even when things at home are changing. Would be great if they had cameras for puppy parents to check in on their babies, but I know the staff tries to do live Facebook videos most days as a substitute to live cameras."

"I guess I should have read the reviews before trying to get my dog in for daycare!! The woman who runs this place -Kathy- has absolutely zero customer service skills!!!! They have to do a 10 minute Evaluation on your dog before allowing them to come to their facility- completely understandable BUT they will not work with you on a time!! It’s between 10-11 ONLY! NO it’s ands or buts about it!! They will not try to accommodate people who are single and work full time and have zero family. Not all all! I could see if the eval was an hour but 10 minutes seriously!!!! If this woman who is running the place treats me this way making remarks like “don’t you have a husband or family that could help you” treats me like this how on earth would she treat my dog behind closed doors!!!!! No Kathy I don’t have a husband or family that could help. My two brothers died and my husband cheated so I divorced him and my two sons are serving in the Military currently in Japan and the other in Hawaii. Does that answer your question Kathy??????? Kathy is absolutely rotten!!!!!!!"
