"Not crowded with merch like other Hot topics and well lit. Staff was friendly and patient. My daughter has never seen anyone dress like Abby except on NCIS making her worry about her clothing selection. But seeing the employees dress just as unique as Abby gave her a major confidence boost. Thank you."

"I have to admit that my expectations are always low for stores geared towards teens, but this location was stellar! Came in a couple weeks ago shopping for birthday gifts for my step daughter and were greeted in seconds and told of current promotions but they left us to do our own thing. They have a ton of stuff for 14 year olds and was easy to navigate despite it being a small space. Checked out quickly and they made sure we maxed out the promotions. Love it!"

"Best staff ever! Knowledgeable, and honest... If they don't know or aren't sure of something, they let you know and then proceed to find out what they can. Extremely helpful, not to mention patient...I could (and have) spend all day in here. They are probably tired of "dealing" with me by now. Shopping is an excursion for me, since I have to use a walker, I've tried to get by with using my cane, but unfortunately, that was just too much for me. Anyways love the girls that work there, always friendly, Emily the store manager actually remembered me and asked how I was doing, it had been awhile and she remembered I had some health issues I was struggling with​ (I had back surgery). I couldn't remember when the last time was, just that I had a ton of hot cash, and was unable to use it due to health problems, so I asked her if it was before or after the car accident I was in. Well it was before the accident, which occurred exactly 2 months after my spine surgery, so I caught her up on all the "excitement". She was generally concerned, and you can tell she actually cares about people, and that customers are happy, she engages with them and can read people enough that she is able to communicate effectively with each individual person, for example we conversate about every thing, and talk about my life and her life as well as a ridiculous amount of random topics that come up....to the customer that once greeted pretty much wants to be left alone....and everyone in between. Not many people are able to do that, especially in retail, I always feel welcome there, I feel like a pain and a burden and I always apologize for being so, but the girls there are adamant that I am not. The atmosphere in the store as well as the staff (professional, helpful, they actually get along, and genuinely care about each other) is amazing, to me at least, this is the only store that I have never had anxiety issues. That means a lot to me. Any where else.... anxiety through the roof. Thank you to Emily and the rest of the staff (I wish I could remember names) for putting up with me ☺️ You guys are amazingly awesome!"
