"I frequent this Sheetz a lot because I usually get breakfast before going to work. The MTO food is so good. Service is reasonably quick and everyone working there is really nice. Yesterday morning I ordered 8 cinnapocketz and only received 4… I was going to let it go (for the second time), but decided I wanted Sheetz again this morning. When I went in I told an employee what happened and she got the manager for me. He was a really nice guy and asked if I wanted a refund. Honestly I just wanted the rest of the cinnapocketz I payed for lol. So he got those for me and luckily I didn’t have to repay for them. Overall a great Sheetz, just make sure to check that all your food is there BEFORE you leave. If you’re in a rush or forget to check, you can call the store as soon as you realize your order is wrong and they will take care of it."

"Employees seem really uninspired and like they don’t want to be there. I’m assuming the supervisor, I believe his name was Joe, was in no rush to prepare orders. The store did not seem very busy but took 15 minutes to get my order. Only one employee there during my visit seemed like they were trying to work hard, unfortunately did not get her name but she was working drinks and fixing other’s mistakes."

"Manager denied my fiancé when she was trying to buy alcohol, looked “too different” from old ID picture to SEE IT” also said “he just doesn’t SEE IT”. She’s 23 soabove drinking age BUT also looks the same as her old ID photo. As she is a gender non conforming person this wasn’t appreciated or needed let alone as a woman. She had facial hair in the old ID photo which was the only difference between the old one and the new one but any person with proper looking skills and maybe…a brain would be able to realize she’s the same person with or without facial hair. I find this beyond disappointing, as a human he should be doing so much better than to assume people’s personal lives."

"I love Sheetz in Monroeville because they have Ethanol FREE gasoline ⛽️ at a reasonable price. Ethanol free gasoline is required for small engines and makes regular auto engines run better!"

"Came here to grab a sub but I won't be doing that again. Parking is plentiful, hot food is good I like the fries, I just won't purchase another sub (hoagie is what we call them in Philly). It was dry even though I asked for extra mayo, I tasted more bread than meat. We decided to eat in cause they have a nice little sitting area so that was a pleasant surprise. Good for quick snacks like juice, chips, gum and things like that."
