"I love that with zero existing orders it took 10 minutes from the time I paid.. Not ordered but 10 minutes from the time I paid for my food order for them to drop the correct fries for my order of Curly chili cheese fries."

"I live across the street and almost every night there is a group of kids who sit at sheetz and rev their engines as loud as possible for HOURS on end and do donuts in the old Aldi parking lot. Their exhaust are so loud that sometimes the backfire sounds like gunshots. Myself and other neighbors have called the police multiple times and we have also called the sheetz and they say they can’t do anything."

"Went to interview 5/24/23. For some reason the people didn't call to reschedule and I was on time. Then I had to re schedule interview 5/26. I am living at Craigdell Gardens Apts they hired my neighbor instead. I have 8 yrs experience at Giant Eagle Waterworks. I contacted Sheetz but no answer why I was not hired. Again it is 3 min walk. I could be giving you 50 or 60 hrs. But people are dumb!"

"Pumping fuel yesterday, I went to pull a squeegee out to clean my windshield. You’ll never guess what I saw? No cleaner in the reservoir and a ton of trash in it. So I go to the other one same issue I got across the island to another one, no trash but no windshield cleaner. I told the register lady about it today. From what I gather there is A person that comes in and takes care of that? What about the other six or so people hanging out behind the sandwich area Oor the other folks that loaf in the back room behind that door that begrudgingly come out when there’s too many people in line which is often. Oh by the way I would say those self-serve registers aren’t the greatest idea. If I would take pictures of the lines I saw of 12 or more people waiting on the one person at the register, and sometimes nobody at the self-serve registers, I could fill this space. But that’s not my job. If I don’t like it there I just get the gas somewhere else, no big deal. But one lost sale should be one too many lost sale. to me. The way you feed off the few 4 star ratings you get and ignore the 1 and 2 star ratings is a joke. Take care of the issues. And when you call, a person seldom answers. You know that! You’re on hold so long you have to hang up, it’s a joke. Complaining person has already wasted their money/time on poor service! now they’re wasting their time AGAIN which is money on more poor service, no employees to answer the phone what a joke!"
