"It’s been happening for a while but this is not the Jos A Banks of our fathers or where you got your first sport coat. It’s modernized and more generic retail but good. The people are helpful, it’s clean and organized. They have a lot more custom shorts and suits available. It’s sort of an average retail experience, neither great nor terrible but also unremarkable. I needed a short in a hurry, got what I needed and got out quickly."

"Ian was the best! I came after many of other stores and failed online orders with the attitude that o will not find a suite. I’m a difficult customer, Ian was very professional and spent 2 hours working with me finding the perfect suite and accessories for my wedding making sure I look on point. Ian paid very close attention to the details, textures and fit to find me the perfect suit for my perfect day! I can’t wait to come back in on Aug 2nd to get sized up for tailoring. "If I could give this place zero stars I would, but Google won’t allow it. Let’s start off by saying I got zero calls or emails regarding my rental being in at any time, even when I had to go back for the correct pants. But, I get the one a day email from corporate. Weird. They mixed up my measurements with the grooms, told me TWICE my suit wasn’t in when it was there. The groom had to actually text me it was in because again zero communication from the store. Once I finally got my suit to try on I was given short wide leg dress pants when they were to be slim, the lady said that’s how they’re cut.. luckily the guy got that issue squared away. When it was time to get my replacement I was never called or emailed, I had to call. Finally the day of the event I noticed spots on the suit, but wasn’t surprised. Finally, just when I thought it was over the suit was dropped off and was told there were no cuff links..they were there “of I didn’t see them.” I wish I was making this up. How is this company this bad at doing business? Didn’t even offer me a discount off the suits, but not surprised. This issue was with most of the wedding party as well. Never. Again."
