Pete Strobl was an amazing coach/mentor/trainer that prepared me for the next level for college hoops but also in the business world. I have extreme amount of success in my professional career with Finance. "This year our 10 year old twins have started attending the basketball skills clinics at The Scoring Factory and recently joined their Academy program. My husband and I like to stay and watch when they are practicing and we are constantly in awe of their philosophy, knowledge of the game, coaching skills, passion and patience. The Scoring Factory provides an amazing environment for kids of all ages and all skill levels where they can continuously learn and grow. Coach Pete, Coach Jermaine, Coach Dominic and all the other coaches at the Scoring Factory take the time to get to know each student and they truly care about their development. Even during the days of higher attendance, students are split into smaller groups and get to work closely with one coach. By this way, coaches not only teach more effectively, but also has the chance to watch every single player and stop & correct each one of them as many times as needed until they do it accurately. Instruction at the Scoring Factory encompasses all fundamental technical basketball skills such as shooting, ball handling, footwork. However, it does not stop there. There is also a lot of focus on strategic thinking part of the game, teaching being a good teammate, teaching value of eye contact, being a good listener, as well getting better at social interactions.
