"Had policy for less than 2 years. It has been under legal review for some time. In October, I was told I would have an update in two weeks. Two weeks ago I was told I would have an answer in two weeks or less. I would suggest choosing another company. Attorney time."

"September 27 of this year I contacted this company for a life insurance quote via their website. A day or 2 later 'Stacy Q' calls me from an unknown number but doesn't bother to leave a voicemail. I get an email from her later in the day stating she's trying to get ahold of me to start this quote and to call back. I spend the next 2 days calling the 2 different numbers she gave me and can never get in contact with her. I call their 800 number and get an operator and explain I'm trying to get this person, they put me on hold, they can't get her either. I ask them to just give me ANY real person to get this done with because this isn't a great first or even second impression for this company. They ask me to wait one sec. Magically Stacy is immediately available. Complete everything with her and wait for the link for the online portion. But before I hang up the price is now $400 higher than what was first quoted. Ok?... October 2 comes, I fill out the online portion that takes you an hour to do. I have questions, reach out for help. October 8 comes, no response from any of my inquiries. Figure I should probably just finish the online portion and get it over with. At the last screen before you hit the final submit with your signature and now the price is TRIPLE what was quoted to me. I reach back out for help. October 13, I've gotten 4 text messages and 5 emails telling me to finish my online portion but still no response from anyone. I even contacted a "Travis D" that had sent me a welcome email back on October 2 and no response from him. I've even responded to the emails telling me to finish the application in hopes that someone would respond there and nothing. And now today, October 18, still nothing. I believe it is safe to say they don't want my business. But I'm sure they can still send me emails and text messages telling me to finish the application. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Oct 24. And they just sent me ANOTHER email telling me it's their 5th attempt to get me to complete the application. Yet, no one can still respond to any of my inquiries for clarification. Bunch of winners here."

"I have received two letters from this company, the second one came certified mail. They offer their deepest sympathy to me and my family on loss of a family member. Next paragraph requests a repayment by electronic funds transfer over an over payment of an annuity of $2,346.30. They also request information (?) so they can close this file. My husband and I have never heard of the deceased loved one. Either this is very sloppy business practices or it is one heck of a scam! I replied that we don't know this person and I filed a complaint with the BBB. If I receive anymore letters my next step will be to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office and anyone else that might be helpful. Anyone else out there have this experience? WE DO NOT HAVE a policy with you. I have never heard of of this company until I received the two letters from you. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD of the so called deceased relation either. Your job now is to find out who has sent these letters to me, and why? Most important, I never want to hear from your company again!"

"Worst company ever. I’ve tried updating a policy for a month now with no success. I’ve sent documents via fedex that are repeatedly lost. I’m not sure how to trust a company if it can’t track simple paperwork. They have motivated me to move my business elsewhere."

"Beware!!! I had Banner Life Insurance for 3 months. My wife and I both got Policies and thought everything was OK. I saw the money coming out of my account so I thought nothing about it. (again we had 2 policies) So i go to the mail 9/15/2018 and get the mail. I have a letter saying my wives policy had not been paid. (when we set them up we set up auto payments from the same account.) The letter was dated 9/10/2018 and told me I had until 7/23/2018 to pay the 2 months payment. It was a small amount. I would have paid it but I don't have a time machine so wives policy is gone. No call, no other notice. I am so glad we only had them 3 months, could you imagine paying for years and having this happen to you. I called them and they offered no help I quickly canceled my policy (which was almost 3 times the price.) If you are that backwards I don't want to work with you."
