"I’ve purchased one thing from Sephora weeks ago it’s because I was walking by and I needed it , so I grabbed it. Today was the first day I actually decided to go in . I needed products and was hoping to get help . There was only one girl in the store she was behind the register. The problem was she never looked up from her cell phone the whole time I was walking up & down all the aisles, and by the reg . Myself or the other lady never got a hello, acknowledgment or may I help you? I left and went to Ulta. Even when Ulta is busy, I get a hello so they can point me in the right direction."
