"Just moved back to the area and was impressed by the reviews. Paul was a nice guy but We asked on three separate occasions if he can do west highland terrier cuts. He said yes all three times. A schnauzer cut is not a westie cut. Ears shaved, full face beard, no roundness left in head/ face. Very upset."
