Everyone was friendly and Jen made sure to explain the jewelry size to us and why it was necessary.(my daughter has a tiny ear)When we left she gave us a card with care instructions. 5 star service and we will return in the future."

"Just don’t. Got my septum pierced here by a woman named Jen. It was crooked & she went through cartilage. The piercer quickly hid her mistake by loading my nose with gauze and saying leave it for 20 minutes. When she did that it set the piercing on an angle and I thought nothing of it at first. When I got home, I took out the gauze and realized what she did but they were already closed before I could go back. Went back today and was told she wasn’t in and to follow up tomorrow. Didn’t offer me back my money, just was told I could get it fixed for free. Ridiculous, like I said just don’t."
