"I went to other tattoo shops inquiring about doing a cover up tattoo. Other places would tell me to go in Instagram and see the artist work, and try to make an appointment. I've been trying that route for weeks, and nothing. I saw that Rose City wasn't far from my home, so I went into the shop. When I got there I was greeted by Jordan, and he told the artist on hand about my cover up issue. Wes was the artist I worked with and he gave me some good ideas for the cover up since the original tattoo was scarred and beat! Since I had a cross on my forearm, he suggested to incorporate clouds and use the shading as the cover. He took his time hand drawing the clouds, and I was completely satisfied with the end results. If I get any other work done, I'm coming to Rose City!"

"My brother had an appt for 530 they canceled it because they didn't feel comfortable after me his sister ask why his 530 appt hadn't started yet. Josh explained because appt run late, the work may become a bigger piece. At 553, he was putting the stencil on that client. This is unacceptable after paying a deposit to confirm and hold my 530 app slot. Josh was the artist in particular, however some other dude and even the client chimed in. Completely unacceptable. They gave the deposit back as they should have. I've never had this experience when getting any of my 14 tattoos. Sad when businesses do not know how to address their customers."
