Do not use this "business". -Definitely a row house, not a "spa". -Definitely charged me $1000 for services which i have yet to receive. -Definitely told me "no refunds" after they set up appointments with me, only to not be "home" when i showed up. -They are a little cheaper than others, but not worth the aggravation and poor work."

"This place is very sketchy to say the least and the tattooist that I was having my tattoo laser removal done by is inexperienced it seems. Here is my story and why you should not do business here. I needed tattoos removed so that I can join the Army, I saw this place had a great deal. 8 treatments for only $500. So I thought that I'd give this a try. After a few emails and phone calls to set up a meeting I got near his place and couldn't find it, I was looking for a tattoo shop. I couldn't find it because it's in his house...In not so nice looking of an area. But seeing that he had a pokemon hat on and must be a fan, I thought I'd trust it. I was wrong in doing so. He told me about his machine, how it's different than others and this and that. ( can't find his machine online anywhere ). He told me that there would be blisters but did not say that they would be like this. (When I post this on their facebook I'll post pictures). I had 5 treatments and as you can see from the photos they look exactly the same aside from a few red marks that the blisters left that won't go away. So I asked if there is any way that we can get these gone sooner because I really need to get on the move with joining the military and he told me that we can do two treatments a week. He then told me in an email that we should only do two treatments a month... (Telling me that he doesn't know what he's talking about.) I mentioned the place is sketchy because it's in his house and doesn't seem very sanitary at all and one of the times that I was there he just had me stand there for a minute while he hit a few spots on my hand with his laser before asking me to drive him to the bus stop so he could get to some construction job. After thinking about it for a while I decided that I'd rather just get the remainder of the money back for the treatments that I didn't get yet. So I emailed him asking for a partial refund and he simply told me " there are no refunds". I went on to explain that he's a nice guy so what I'm doing now is the last thing I'd want to do and that I don't want to take legal action on him, because he does seem like a nice guy. But he told me that it's not his fault and that I'm not getting a refund. So now because of this I have to spend time preparing to take him to court instead of going into the Army. You should not do business here not only due to the things that I've mentioned but because the art that I saw is not worth the money nor is the rink of infection since you would be getting tattooed in his dimly lit living room that is covered in dust. Oh also, I never got any professional information about the after care of his tattoo removal. He said that it would be emailed to me and after asking for it three times and not getting it I just googled it on my own. Do not do business at Hologram Inks. Sorry, I told you that I didn't want to have to do this but there is no such thing as free money. All I wanted was a partial refund while I hadn't used all of the treatments yet because your laser tattoo remover does not work. All it does is leave massive blisters that you say not to pop, but some were so large that there is no way to live out a normal day without it snagging on something."
