"I feel 50/50 at this time. I went in for an ear piercing which was pricey $160 including titanium grade earrings(one good thing, it is a flatback earring). This cost more than my tattoo that I got from a different place. I think my piercing is uneven. I will have to wait a few days to see if it is due to swelling. I went to a "professional" thinking it would be better than mall stands. She did tell me to check and it looks even to me. I trust that she knows what she is doing so I did not say anything. I should have told her that my earring was uneven and have her measure from the distance of the first piercing. Go at your own risk. I can only speak from my experience. I should have done my research."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would! And this was the worst experience for a piercing that I have ever had! I have been getting piercings since I was 18 and I am now 38. I have had my belly pierced my tongue pierced and my nipple pierced, and I didn’t even go for an actual piercing. It was just for a change of Jewelry! I went to get my septum, ring, changed, and experience the worst pain from the piercer. My original septum ring was only out for 30 minutes so she used a fisher to put the new ring in. She caused me excruciating pain, but I was glad that it was over with once my new ring was in or so I thought. I walked up to pay for the service and gave a $10 tip when I got in my car and looked in the mirror I saw that the ring was not clasped and was not even in the hole, but just resting in my nostril. I expressed this to the piercer, and she told me to come back to the room. Upon entering, I looked in the big mirror and told her see it’s not closed. She refuse to look in the mirror with me and told me to have a seat. I asked her please look in the mirror with me so that you can see that it is not close. She refused, and just told me to sit down. She had me look up and slid the ring right out of my nose, and I once again told her see the ring was not close in my nose. She insisted that it was I asked to get my old ring, put back in which she said she would do, but then begin to cause me even further pain. When the pain got unbearable, she stepped away, took her gloves off and walked out of the room, leaving me sitting there with half the fissure in my nose and half the ring in my nose. She returned about five minutes later with a guy who I assumed was a manager and continued to lie to say that she properly put in the ring. I had to let her finish fishing the ring back into my nose. There was no apologies I was basically made to be a liar, no refunds no discount just sorry you had a bad experience, and everyone walked away from me. I’m now in pain and will probably have to begin the healing process all over and praying for no infection, and as there was no cleaning of my nose before or after insertion! If you are a woman of COLOR, I would highly recommend you go somewhere else!!!!"
