"On late Saturday night/early Sunday morning the dates of 1/14/2024. I got two fried chicken snack wraps, which I had no problem with. But I also ordered nachos grande, nacho cheese, Extra nacho cheese, jalapeños, salsa and sour cream. I have to say this is the worst nacho grande I’ve ever had here, I payed for extra cheese but did not get any! I got chili, but very little. I literally had maybe 5 jalapeños on it. And I had more sour cream than nacho cheese and also no salsa what so ever!"

"This Sheetz its clean and fast. Got some breakfast and it was right. Usually a pump open and the car wash is next door. They have a PNC ATM, lottery and coffee also. And the restroom was clean also overall its a good gas station. I would recommend this one 100%"

"This is my local Sheetz. Lately, when I think of this location, I think of incompetence. Three back to back issues with food simply because the food workers have become blatantly unable to follow the simplest of instructions."

"pretty incompetent staff there. asked for my online order from the person at the cash register - only for him to tell me they didn’t have an order under my name but to check by the area where food comes out. I stand by the counter waiting to be acknowledged by any of the staff members. I ask for my food again and it took THREE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES to get my food, that was there all along. Supposed to be quick pick up but I was denied my food twice and waited over 20 minutes in total for my food."

"We love Sheetz food but don’t always trust them to get our order right every time so we check before leaving that they don’t forget the marinara sauce lol. This Sheetz never seems to and we never have to go back and ask them for a or b items in our order. They have a push-to-exit door or two that feels slightly broken every time you use it and it’s been that way for months without apparent repair. They can get our order right every time and the staff there are nice too, but to use that door every time I exit and think “This still hasn’t been fixed?” it’s something I wouldn’t expect to last several months from a franchise with more than 600 stores and 21,000 employees across the Eastern US."
