"They open and close whenever they feel like it. Kids steal all the time especially during mornings but not one employee will do anything to stop this. Food and drinks left open on practically every shelf but employees just walk right by it without throwing the used stolen food and drinks away."

"My mother came to this store to load money on her chime card and the person behind the counter loaded it into an ATT prepaid card and my mom is not a customer with them. They gave her the run around saying they can’t refund her money and also stating that it was loaded onto her chime card and it was not. My mom still has not gotten her $300 back after a police report and trying to get ahold of corporate. DO NOT SHOP HERE!"

"If I could give it ZERO 0 stars I would, It is one of the absolute worst stores in Sheridan its run by teenagers that spend more time on their phones than doing anything and when they are doing something else its usually talking to the guy behind you in line. The store is disgusting and don't even bother trying to buy snacks here if your a kid as they wont even serve children because of all the kids stealing."

"One of the WORST dollar stores I have ever been in and I personally have no opinion on these kind of stores, usually. Seriously spend the time to go somewhere else. They just need shut the place down. I live in the area and occasionally stop in to grab something. Let me tell you that this place looks like it had just been ransacked/looted; items tossed on shelves/floor, mysterious spills on the floor that seem to remain there for months, refrigerated foods sitting on shelves, unopened boxes sitting in the middle of the isle and it looks like someone is emptying garbage outside the building daily. Blaming the patrons…COVID…well it’s been like this way before then. Including randomly locked doors with hand written signs that say “short staffed”. When you make it in there it’s very obvious that the staff care more about there personal drama than all else."
